Shipping Update – Temporary Carrier Change

Dear customers, We would like to inform you that, starting Thursday, September 11, shipments of your orders will temporarily be handled by the Bartolini (BRT) courier , rather than GLS.

This decision was made necessary by the sudden closure of the local GLS branch , which resulted in the cancellation of active contracts and the interruption of service. To avoid delays and ensure the delivery of existing orders, we have decided to temporarily rely on BRT.

📌 What changes for you

  • Delivery times remain similar, but may vary slightly depending on the area.

  • Cash on delivery (Cash on Delivery) is not available . Currently, only advance payment methods (card, PayPal, etc.) are available.

  • Order tracking will still be available and sent via email as usual.

🔧 We're working to resolve the issue. We're already in contact with the new company that manages GLS shipments to reactivate the service and restore all options, including cash on delivery. We'll update you as soon as we can return to normal operations.
